    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At AllBirbs, we take extra care in handcrafting your eco-conscious footwear using sustainable materials. Due to our meticulous production process, orders typically require 5-7 business days to process before shipping. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your shoes will enter our artisanal production queue and cannot be canceled, though our generous return policy applies upon delivery.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We stand behind our earth-friendly footwear with a 21-day return window from delivery date - significantly longer than standard policies to account for international shipping times and your comfort testing period. Each pair of AllBirbs shoes may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another style, provided they meet our sustainability standards. Exchanges are prioritized for items of equal value from our current collection of biodegradable materials.


    Return Conditions

    To preserve our commitment to reducing waste, returned items must be in unworn condition with the original plant-based packaging and organic cotton dust bags. The natural rubber soles must show no signs of wear, and all biodegradable tags must remain attached. Due to the nature of our sustainable materials, we cannot accept returns of items that have been exposed to moisture or extreme temperatures. Please package returns in the original cornstarch-based shipping materials whenever possible to minimize environmental impact.


    Exchange Conditions

    Exchanges for size or color will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return, as we may need to craft replacement pairs using our slow-fashion production methods. For style exchanges, availability depends on our current stock of sustainably sourced materials. Should you choose a higher-value item, the difference can be paid via our carbon-neutral payment system. For lower-value exchanges, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within our standard timeframe.


    Return Shipping

    We charge a $8 eco-handling fee for returns to offset the environmental costs of reverse logistics. This fee contributes to our partnership with carbon-offset shipping programs. For exchanges due to manufacturing defects or our errors, this fee will be waived and we'll provide a prepaid return label using our green logistics network. International returns may require additional processing time of 2-4 weeks due to customs procedures.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds typically process within 14 business days after we receive your return, as each pair undergoes thorough inspection by our sustainability team to determine resale eligibility. The refund amount will exclude original shipping charges and any applicable eco-handling fees. For payments made via cryptocurrency or international bank transfers, additional processing time of 5-7 business days may apply due to our commitment to using ethical financial partners.


    Special Considerations

    Made-to-order items and collaborations with indigenous artisans are final sale due to the bespoke nature of these sustainable creations. For footwear purchased during our seasonal eco-sales, refunds will be issued at the sale price. Due to the biodegradable properties of our materials, we cannot accept returns after 60 days from purchase as the materials begin their natural decomposition cycle.

We pledge to resolve all refund inquiries within 7 business days while maintaining our carbon-neutral customer service operations.
