    Processing Time

    All orders are carefully hand-prepared within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. As we use natural materials that require special handling, and because each pair undergoes our quality assurance process, orders may take up to 10 business days to process during peak seasons (such as holiday periods or new collection launches). You will receive email notifications at each stage of processing, from material preparation to final packaging with our biodegradable materials.


    Shipping Time

    Once dispatched from our eco-conscious fulfillment center, domestic shipments within the U.S. typically take 10–15 business days. International shipments to Canada, Europe, Australia and other supported destinations require 15–25 business days, as we prioritize slower but more environmentally-friendly transport methods whenever possible. These extended timelines account for our commitment to reducing carbon emissions through consolidated shipping routes.

    International Shipping & Customs

    International customers may encounter customs fees, which vary by country and are the recipient's responsibility. As part of our transparency policy, we declare the full value of all shipments and use "natural materials footwear" as the customs description. Some countries offer reduced duties for sustainable goods - we recommend checking your local regulations.


    Delivery Restrictions

    To maintain our environmental standards, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote locations requiring air freight only. Please provide a complete street address for delivery. Certain natural materials in our products may be restricted in some countries - we'll notify you if your order contains such items.


    Order Tracking

    Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a 21-day return window from delivery date for unworn, eco-packaged items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using tracked services. Exchanges may take 10 days after we receive the goods to process due to our sustainable operations model.
